What exactly do you scan?
OLX.pl, Otodom.pl, Gratka.pl and Nieruchomości-online.pl, listings from all of Poland. We scan Warsaw, Kraków and Wrocław most heavily.
How does white-label work?
You get a link like flatka.pl/s/... and send it to the client: they see a page with your name, phone, and photo. They cannot see where the listing came from. You rewrite the headline and description for each client.
Does Flatka connect to my CRM?
Not yet. You copy or send links from Flatka manually. Webhooks for Make.com and Zapier are on the roadmap.
What about RODO/GDPR?
Client briefs and lists are stored in the EU and can be deleted at any time. The links you share are public, but they contain no client personal data, only your contact details (name, phone).
Does the alert wait if the client does not respond?
Yes. Everything Flatka has ever found stays in /lists with no time limit. The alert just notifies you; the listing itself does not disappear.
Can I cancel?
Yes, one click in settings. The plan stays active until the end of the paid period, then you drop to the free plan.
What does a Telegram notification look like?
A short message with the address or neighbourhood, size, and price with utilities. Plus two links: to the listing in Flatka and to the original ad.
Does it work outside Poland?
Poland only. We scan OLX.pl, Otodom.pl, Gratka.pl and Nieruchomości-online.pl. We are thinking about other countries but nothing promised yet.
