Refund Policy
Flatka — AI Apartment Hunting
Effective: July 27, 2026 · Last updated: July 27, 2026
Short version: you have 14 days from the moment you pay to ask for your money back, for any reason or none. Request it through Paddle, who handled the payment, or email us and we will do it for you.
1. Who you paid
Flatka is operated by ФОП Колодяжний Дмитро (Dmytro Kolodiazhnyi), Kharkivska 12/7, Sumy, 40000, Ukraine (the "Operator").
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com Market Ltd, Judd House, 18-29 Mora Street, London, EC1V 8BT, United Kingdom. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Recordfor all our orders: Paddle takes the payment, issues the invoice, handles sales tax and VAT, and processes refunds and returns. The charge on your statement will name Paddle, not Flatka. Paddle's own terms for buyers are at paddle.com/legal/checkout-buyer-terms.
2. What you can get refunded, and when
- 14 days from payment, no reason required. This covers the one-time Pass and any other paid plan. You do not have to justify the request, and we do not ask what went wrong (though we would like to know).
- A refund is for the full amount you paid. We do not pro-rate by how many days of the Pass you used.
- Free trials are never charged, so there is nothing to refund. A trial requires no payment method and does not convert into a paid plan on its own.
- Something went wrong on our side — you were charged twice, the access you paid for never arrived, or the Service was unavailable for a meaningful part of your Pass — and the 14 days do not apply. Write to us whenever you notice it and we will make it right.
We may decline a refund where the account is being used fraudulently, where the purchase is being charged back at the same time as it is being refunded, or where the account was terminated for a breach of the Terms of Service. Those are the only cases. Nothing here limits your statutory rights as a consumer; see section 5.
3. How to request one
Either route works, and neither is slower than the other:
- Go to paddle.net, enter the email address you used at checkout, and open the order. Paddle handles the request directly as the merchant of record.
- Or email contact@flatka.pl from the address on your account. Tell us which purchase; we do not need a reason.
Refunds go back to the payment method you used. Cards typically take 3–5 business days to show, sometimes up to 10 depending on your bank. A BLIK payment is returned to the bank account behind it. The timing is your bank's, not ours. Paddle releases the money the moment a refund is approved.
4. What happens to your access
When a full refund is issued, your access ends immediately and the account returns to the free tier. Be aware that this clears all remaining Pass days, including days from a second purchase you did not refund — passes stack into one expiry date, and we take the whole thing back rather than guess which days belonged to which payment. If that affects you, tell us and we will put the untouched days back.
A partial refund changes nothing automatically. It does not map onto a number of days without us inventing a rule, so a person looks at it instead.
Everything you created — favorites, saved searches, notes, lists — stays exactly where it is; a refund is not an account deletion. If you later buy again, you pick up from where you left off.
5. Your statutory rights
If you are a consumer in the EU or EEA, the Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU) gives you a 14-day right of withdrawal from a digital service contract. This policy is written to meet that right rather than work around it: the window is the same 14 days, and it applies whether or not you have started using the Service.
Nothing in this policy limits any mandatory consumer protection you have under the law of your country of residence. Where that law gives you more than this page does, it wins. You may also use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
6. Chargebacks
If you do not recognise a charge, contact us or Paddle before opening a dispute with your bank. A refund reaches you faster than a chargeback does, and a chargeback ends the access the same way a refund does while also costing us a fee. If a chargeback is filed against an account, we may suspend that account until it is resolved.
